Last night's spicy spam musubi was delish! I even made another batch for Jojo's lunch today. Then Finn requested that I make him a musubi for lunch too (^_^) So this is what I made this morning: regular spam, spicy spam, and hotdogs. Yum yum yum ... I'm getting hungry already (^_^)
Update: I just posted an album with step by step instructions in making musubi (as requested by Cess) (^_^)

2 questions:
1. kelangan ba Kikkoman soy sauce ang ihahalo sa cooking oil when frying the topping?
2. Can this be dipped in Kikkoman soy sauce with lots of wasabi paste?? :D
Thanks!!!
^ ang alam ko sa mga ganyan kailangan kikkoman talaga. pag nanonood ako ng mga cooking shows sa tv, talagang they say kikkoman, like coke instead of softdrinks.
so... ano ba ang tawag talaga sa kikkoman? japanese soy sauce?
dumadami ang homework ni bambs :D
teka, how do you wrap the nori? dito na papasok yung parang bamboo placemat?
ok, first off, siguro mas ok kung kikkoman ang gamit ninyo. it's just a brandname. iba lang kasi ang timpla niya sa timpla ng regular toyo natin. two, i guess you can customize your topping, see what tastes good for you. pero normally kasi, walang wasabi ang musubi. third, i found out you don't really need the bamboo roller to wrap it. just place the brick in the middle and pull the two ends one at a time. if it doesn't stick, wet the end a little with water.
let me know kung successful kayo (^_^)
